Remember Dana Scully from the long running sci-fi television series, The X-Files?
Yes, I am talking about our very own paranormal investigator from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, who paired up with Fox Mulder. Played by the affable Gillian Anderson, Scully’s character became the sweetheart of millions during the heydays of the show.

We all know that Gillian has been shying away from the camera for some time now as her last major role was in the 2008 movie, The X-Files: I Want To Believe.
Apart from it, she has acted in a few other movies as well.
You must have been craving to see more of her acting, so, I am here with big news. Well, the buzz is that she has signed up for a movie opposite the obnoxious, eccentric comedian and actor, Rowan Atkinson, better known as Dr. Bean!
Gillian will be seen playing an agent from the British Intelligence Agency, MI7. She and Rowan Atkinson will star in the sequel of Johnny English, a spy-comedy spoofing the secret agent movies like James Bond etc.
The film titled as Johnny English Reborn, will see Gillian finding the disgraced former MI7 agent, Sir Johnny English in a cave in the mountains of Tibet. I am eager to watch Gillian donning on the role as she embarks on a treacherous mission to bring him back.
Gillian was reportedly approached by the producers as they needed someone with the sensuality and the grace of a beautiful seductress blended with the poise of a trained assassin. And, I couldn’t agree more with producer’s choice.
Well, all the fans of Scully who’ve been missing her are in for a treat now.
